First of all l must say a very warm welcome to all of you visiting this site, you must love Ragdolls as much as I do, from the many 'phone calls and emails I receive there are loads of Ragdoll devotees out there.
My name is Christine Redmayne and I have had cats (mostly rescues), for over 35 years. in 1994 I realized my longed for dream and opened my cattery, (Treetops Boarding Cattery) in Darwen Lancashire, anyway I was sailing along extremely happy when a lady rang and booked her cats in to stay for their holidays, she informed me they were Ragdolls, I was intrigued, over the years I had taken care of many cats, moggies and many different Pedigrees but never this particular breed.
Well, to quote a phrase these Ragdolls came, I saw and I was conquered, well and truly smitten.
This was the start of much studying and burning of the midnight oil to learn as much as I could about these wonderful felines.

The decision was made, I had to have one and after much searching I found a blue colourpoint boy, he was an absolute joy, the next big decision, and I do mean big was to breed Ragdolls, this was something not to be taken lightly as I was well aware of the joy and heartbreak that came with this new role. Many many months later I found my first girl, Paddie as she is affectionately known (she is constantly padding with her front paws) hence the name - posh name is Purlishima Blossom Time.

I now have eight breeding queens and four stud boys, and the rest as they say is history!!!!!!!!.

P/S. The lady mentioned in the first paragraph (whose Ragdolls I first fell in love with), has recently come back to me and taken another TWO kittens, her daughter has also just collected one of Cameo's red colourpoint boys, so, as you can see, RAGDOLLS REALLY ARE ADDICTIVE.

Thankyou once again for taking the time to visit, while you are here take a look at my girls and boys and of course their beautifull babies.

By the way, the kitten pictured above has appeared in a well known High street store magazine, advertising cat products.
